Quality Manager

Would you like to contribute to Hartwig’s mission to improve care for patients with cancer by being the operational hub of our quality system? In your role as Quality Manager, you will ensure that everything is recorded and documented correctly, according our own procedures, so that Hartwig meets ISO standards.

(32 – 40 hours, Amsterdam)

Then the position of Quality Manager is for you!

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Implement and maintain the quality system within our organisation for ISO17025, ISO27001 and IVDR. And, where applicable, set up and implement new standards;
  • Ensuring quality aspects when writing technical documentation such as validations;
  • Ensuring every employee is aware of quality standards, they are trained, and they can approach you if they have questions or incidents to declare;
  • Monitor and supervise validations, verifications, incidents, audits, feedback and complaints, CAPAs and risk assessments;
  • Ensuring document management;
  • You will be part of a multidisciplinary team driven to improve care for patients with cancer.

Our ideal candidate

  • You have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent;
  • You have experience or affinity with laboratory and/or biology, health care, IT and quality systems;
  • You are a real team player;
  • You are structured, you have an eye for detail and are precise, flexible and good at keeping a high-level overview of quality activities;
  • You have a good command of at least the English language, both spoken and written. Strong comprehension of the Dutch language (spoken and written) is a big plus.

What can you expect from our application process? We try to keep our application process as short as possible. It consists of up to 3 interviews online at our office, including a Behavioural Interview and a Motivation Test.
